Growth Marketing Manager, YouTube Platforms

The YouTube Integrated Marketing Platforms team is a strategic hub for YouTube’s growth - with technical expertise, best practices, tools, and services that scale across all of YouTube Marketing. We drive a huge impact on the world's biggest marketing funnel - YouTube itself. We scale and develop owned and operated channels to help all teams drive growth. As a Growth Marketing Platform Manager, you will be responsible for YouTube’s in-product marketing activation, ensuring that the overall program is delivering the most value for YouTube users and the business. You will be responsible for ensuring our capabilities, features, policy, and other launches support effective Marketing promotion at scale. You will understand all technical capabilities that impact in-product marketing, actively influence the product roadmap, and provide inputs to all relevant cross-functional workstreams to shape technical development. You will roll out new launches and policy changes to the Marketing organization to ensure scaled usage and compliance. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
